  • What is included in an end of tenancy clean?
    An end of tenancy clean is a deep cleaning of the entire property, including surfaces, appliances, floors, and windows. It also includes removing stains and limescale, dusting furniture, and vacuuming upholstery and carpets. We also offer an oven cleaning service.
  • Does the property need to be empty?
    In the best case scenario the property will be empty from the occupants belongings. Large items of furniture are fine to still be present. We understand its not always possible to completely move out before a clean takes place. In this case we ask you to move as much into one room as you can to give us space to do the clean as thoroughly as possible for you.
  • How long does an end of tenancy clean take?
    The duration of an end of tenancy clean depends on the property’s size and condition. Typically, a comprehensive clean can take anywhere from 4 to 8 hours. Larger or particularly dirty properties may require more time.
  • Do I have to be present when the cleaning is taking place
    You don’t need to be present during the cleaning process, we just need access to the property and someone to come back and check the property before we leave. However if you prefer to stay in the property while we clean it then you are more than welcome to do so.
  • What happens if something is damaged?
    In case of a damage to anything in the property caused by our cleaners, we are insured to cover the damage.
  • What's your availability like?
    We are quite flexible when it comes to booking at short notice, get in touch with us to see what we can do. We do prefer at least a weeks notice if possible.
  • Are there any hidden costs?
    No, there are no hidden costs. All costs associated will be displayed on your quote.
  • What payment method do you take?
    We take cash or bank transfer.
  • Do I get a receipt?
    Once the clean is completed you will receive an invoice via email.
  • What happens if I'm not happy with the clean?
    In the unlikely event you are unhappy with any area of the clean or service provided, we will come back to the property to rectify the issues free of charge.
  • How much will the cleaning cost?
    Our domestic cleaning service costs £25 an hour.
  • What's included in a domestic clean?
    We will dust all surfaces, furniture, ceilings and skirting boards. Vacuum carpets, rugs, and floors and mop or steam all hard floors. Clean the inside of all windows that are reachable without a ladder. Bathrooms will be cleaned including toilets, sinks, showers, and baths. The kitchen sides, sink and cupboard fronts are cleaned. Where appropriate we will also do some tidying away of small items in order to clean.
  • How long will the cleaning take, and what days and hours are available for cleaning?
    Most house cleans take approximately 2 hours but this really does depend on the size of the home. Some of our customers opt for weekly cleans whereas others fortnightly. Please get in touch with us for a quote and to find out our availability.
  • How do you pay for the cleaning service, and what payment methods are accepted?
    We take cash or bank transfer.
  • Will I have the same cleaner each time?
    For our regular domestic cleaning service we do our best to provide the same cleaner each time and we will provide a replacement if your regular cleaner is unwell or goes on holiday.
  • Does the cleaner bring their own cleaning tools and equipment?
    Yes, the cleaner will bring their own products and vacuum. However, if you prefer us to use your cleaning products or if there is any specific product you would like us not to use, we are happy to do so.
  • What does your insurance cover?
    Damage to your property caused by the cleaner, key and lock replacement and personal injury for the cleaner.
  • Can I have a trial?
    The first clean is considered a trial. We will determine exactly how long it takes to clean your home. If you are happy with the clean, we will then arrange the date and time of your regular clean.
  • How are the cleaners vetted?
    We currently have 4 cleaners on our books. All have the right to work in the UK and English is their first language. All our cleaners have been trained to the highest standards.
  • What happens if I need to cancel a clean
    There will be no charge for cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled appointment. Cancellations made between 24 hours and 48 hours of an appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of an appointment will be charged the full appointment fee. ​ If we need to cancel a scheduled appointment with you, we will provide notice at least 48 hours in advance and attempt to reschedule your service. This excludes cancellations due to extreme weather or other unsafe conditions.
  • What happens if I want to cancel the cleaning service completely?
    We ask you to provide 1 months’ notice if you wish to cancel the service completely.
  • Do I need to be at home during the clean?
    You can stay at home or hand over the keys to the us if you would like to go out. We can also keep a key to your property if you prefer.
  • What happens if I go away on holiday?
    We ask you to provide 48 hours notice and can pause your clean while you are away.
  • Is it ok if my pets are at home during the clean?
    It is completely fine. Please specify what kind of pets you have when making a booking. Let us know in advance if there are any cleaning products you would like us to avoid using.
  • Can you book a deep clean on occasion?
    Yes, we offer a deep clean service, please get in touch for a quote.
